Our goats are outgoing, funny and entertaining.

They enjoy walking with us on paths and through the lush meadows.

On the way and at rest points, they nibble on whatever they feel like.

We will look for a nice spot where we can rest with the goats, learn a little about their peculiarities and, of course, make a small snack ourselves with products from the farm shop.

Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

How does cheese-making actually work?

How do you turn milk into a tasty cheese?

 

First steps in a great craft to try out.

A very brief theoretical introduction and then it's off to the practical side.

Cream cheese and ricotta are our first steps in cheese making.

We discuss variations such as Camembert, shepherd's cheese, wax cheese, etc.

We bring everything we need to make cheese.

 

Time: approx. 2-3 hours.

Cost: per course for 1 to 4 people € 50 incl. materials

 

What does the farmer do all day? How are the animals looked after?

How hard is it to make hay? Where does the manure go?

 

Many questions could be answered if we were to tell you what we do on our farm.

For our house guests we offer the opportunity to help out and try out how a farm is run.

Be ready to start working in the stables at 5am and join in until the evening meal at around 9pm.

 

For adults only - work clothes are recommended
